Joe Boscacci

“When I enrolled into the Masters Course in Health Care Administration in the early 1980’s I foresaw the great need for health care administrators in the 1980’s in the U.S. Army and civilian institutions. The faculty was excellent and its President, Dr. Otto Butz a brilliant and articulate scholar had been my professor when I was an undergraduate at San Francisco State University in the 1960’s. As a result of being named the Outstanding Graduate of the Masters Health Care Administration program in 1983, I was promoted to Colonel in 1989. After I retired from Active Duty in January, 1997 I was selected to be the Vice President of Clinical and Support Services at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California. All of these successes I owe to Golden Gate University. I have always been proud to be a graduate of Golden Gate University.
