Angela Brooks is a veteran and active duty spouse. After serving five years in the Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Administrative, she left the service to pursue a career in Human Resources. Angela has 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles with small to large government contractors, including Alutiiq, CACI, and Peraton.

Currently, Angela is the Military Initiatives Program Manager for Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where she is a champion for veteran hiring and the DoD SkillBridge program.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Maryland University College and a Master's Degree in HR Management from Colorado State University. Angela resides in Chesapeake, VA, with her spouse and five children.
