Jenna Piva Laramie is a higher education and career services professional with a background in mental health. Like most military spouses, she has a career path that has given her a wide variety of experiences. Jenna began her career as a School-Based Health Clinician in Groton, CT. After that, she worked as a Military & Family Life Counselor in Coronado, CA, where she gained an appreciation for working with service members and their families.
The Navy then sent Jenna and her husband to Bloomington, IN — who knew there was a large base in Indiana — where she began her career in Career Services for Indiana University.
Jenna coached countless students, developed and implemented numerous programming for college students (including targeted programming for veterans and military-connected students) and taught college-level career courses each semester. Jenna is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a National Association of Colleges and Employers member. She graduated from Boise State University with a B.S. in Social Sciences, and a Master of Arts in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
