Before you submit your VA Benefits Request Form, download the GGU Veterans Education Benefits Resource Guide. It walks through the enrollment certification process each trimester and explains how attendance at Campus Weekend affects your Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA). The Helen Diller Center for Veterans of U.S. Military Service is standing by to support military students at Golden Gate.
The veterans center at GGU is staffed by a team of coaches, a community and digital events manager, and our Veteran Ambassadors who work closely with other university resource offices such as the VA Certification Office and Disability Services. We also keep and seek out close connections with area and national veterans services organizations as well as the Veterans Administration. Our team members are all veterans or military spouses, and most are students themselves!

After you’ve been admitted and paid your commitment fee, our Military Student Onboarding Coaches will reach out to ensure you’re equipped and ready to start your academic journey at Golden Gate University.

In addition to the abundant resources found in GGU’s main Career Services office, the Diller Center offers military-specific support through our Career Programs and Outreach Manager.

Veteran Ambassadors are GGU student veterans working with and for the Department of Veteran Affairs to assist student veterans with information, answer questions and receive referrals to on and off campus resources specifically for veteran students.
