  • No IT Experience? Learn how our Train-to-Hire pathway, in partnership with Washington Vets2Tech prepares you with hands-on labs, mentorship, and college credits. 

  • IT or Technical Background? If you’ve served in IT infrastructure, communications, or electronics, or supported mission-critical operations, your experience aligns with Oracle’s Data Center Technician and Operations roles. 

  • Skills such as server administration, structured cabling (fiber/copper), equipment installation, cooling system management, and emergency response translate seamlessly to our high-impact teams.
