• Move freely between employer breakout rooms during the networking hour to focus on the companies and roles that fit your interests

How to Prepare

• Check out the 50strong Opportunity Marketplace to browse SkillBridge, internships, apprenticeships, and direct-hire roles by city/state

• Explore the 50strong Mentor platform to connect with recruiters from your company of choice before or after the event

• Visit employer career pages or military community pages and pick 1–2 roles you’d like to discuss

• Test your Zoom setup in advance if you're joining from mobile

• Come ready to ask questions—no resume or elevator pitch required

• Welcome: 30 minutes

• Breakout Rooms: 1 hour (you move freely every 15 minutes)

• Wrap-Up & Giveaways: 5 minutes
