  • A Legacy of Service

    Golden Gate University traces its origins to an evening lecture series started by the San Francisco YMCA during the California gold rush in the early 1850s. GGU officially began educating veterans in 1918, offering programs to GI’s returning from WWI.

  • Associate of Arts in General Studies

    The Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies provides a well-rounded foundation of knowledge designed to prepare students for employability and/or further academic work.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Management

    This degree offers students a solid foundation in essential management concepts, techniques, practices, and strategies, all designed to strengthen employee engagement, boost morale, and accelerate organizational performance.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business

    The BSB provides a solid foundation in the functional aspects of business organizations, including accounting, finance, operations, marketing, information technology, and data analysis.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership

    Learn to build teams, manage conflicts, succeed in crucial conversations, and deepen your emotional and social intelligence.

  • Executive Master of Business Administration

    GGU's Executive MBA is a demanding, transformational experience. Unlike many other "executive" programs, it is not a spin-off from a traditional MBA for full-time students.

  • Executive Master of Public Administration

    The EMPA program is for working professionals who want to become a police or fire chief, city or county manager, legislative supervisor, or government department director – any position that maximizes your effect on your community.

  • Master of Science in Leadership

    You will learn leadership skills that are critical to harnessing and directing the talents of a diverse workforce — critical skills such as adaptive decision-making, designing and leading complex change, and leveraging business data — plus soft skills that help influence decisions, build emotional intelligence, and bring out the best performance in employees.

  • Master of Science in Project Management

    The Master's Degree in Project Management is designed and taught by PMP®-certified faculty with real-world expertise in the field. Students will learn to manage projects in a fast-paced, global business environment using current techniques such as Agile Management and virtual teams.
